As Human, we are controlled by our natural circadian rhythms and the rhythms are not supposed to be interested because when it is interrupted by anything like resetting of the clock it does make us have a cluster headache.

Resetting the clock does make the accidents of the cars be at a higher percentage this is because when the time is changed people will have a change in their sleeping the of which their body will take a lot of time before it gets used to the new sleeping time making people to even sleep when they are driving and the act of sleeping ends up to an accident. Inability to adjust to new time is another effect of resetting of the clock which means that our body might sometimes fail to adjust to the new time making as to feel tired all the time.
